FOUND: Gray and White Longhair Cat in Brandon

We have a sweet male gray and white longhair cat in our care who was found on May 29th in the Westshore area of Brandon near Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. This friendly boy appears to be someone's cherished pet and is clearly accustomed to living in a home.

The cat is approximately 1-2 years old, has a slightly nervous temperament, and was wearing a blue collar when found. He's being cared for safely while we work to locate his family.

If this sounds like your missing cat or a pet you know, please reach out right away. We're also asking all Valrico and Brandon neighbors to keep an eye out and check your own homes and garages, as indoor cats sometimes hide when frightened.
