Our community is asking for your help locating a beloved family member. Chico, a 3-year-old tan and white male Chihuahua weighing approximately 5 pounds, has been missing from the Summerfield area since May 25th. He was last seen near Vickers Avenue.

Chico is a small boy who wears a distinctive rhinestone collar and responds to his name, though he is easily frightened and may hide if approached. He is microchipped, which gives us hope for his safe return.

If you spot Chico in the Valrico area, please do not chase him—instead, contact his family immediately. A reward is being offered for his return. We ask all neighbors to keep an eye out during your daily routines and check your garages, sheds, and other sheltered areas where a frightened small dog might seek refuge.
