April 28, 2026
Our community is asking for your help in locating a beloved family member. A 3-year-old male German Shepherd has been missing from the Oakfield neighborhood since April 26th. He weighs approximately 75 pounds and has the classic tan and black coloring typical of the breed.
He was last seen near the intersection of Lutz Lake Fern Road and County Road 579. While he is wearing a collar with tags, he may be frightened and cautious around strangers.
If you live in the Brandon or Valrico area, please keep an eye out during your daily routines. Check your yards, garages, and sheds, as scared dogs sometimes seek shelter in unexpected places. Any sighting, no matter how small, could help bring this loyal companion home to his worried family.
