Valrico doesn't have a brewery within its borders, but there are several within a 15-20 minute drive. Coppertail Brewing in Tampa is a local institution. Woven Water Brewing in Tampa is excellent for IPAs. Hidden Springs Ale Works in Tampa has a great taproom. Closer to home, Keel & Curley Winery in Plant City (15 min east) does wine and hard cider with a nice outdoor area.
